2. Product Features
The RL series dense-type bus ducts adopt a reasonable "sandwich" phase wire tightly stacked structure design, making the bus ducts more compact and featuring excellent heat dissipation and conductivity performance. The shell is made of high-quality 6063 T5 molded aluminum-magnesium alloy material, which has the characteristics of light weight, low magnetic loss, no pollution, and aesthetics. The lightweight, molded, fully enclosed aluminum-magnesium alloy structural type is electrostatic powder coated, and the fully aluminum shell can withstand 1000 hours of salt spray tests, with excellent anti-corrosion performance. The overall shell has a grounding capacity greater than 50%, and can also be used as a PE bus. The bus as a whole has low hysteresis eddy current loss, light weight, high strength, low reactance, good heat dissipation, and a maximum protection level of IP65.
