It is widely used in power plants, substations, factories, schools and other buildings. It is used for power distribution of lighting equipment, motors, sockets, etc., and provides overload, short circuit and leakage protection.
Characteristics
Standardized design and production, the same products can all be interchanged; the shell is made of cold-rolled steel, with a fixed flat cover and a metal operation window; the surface is powder-coated. Solid and beautiful. Equipped with good modular components from ABB, Schneider, and SIEMENS, 100A incoming terminal block (customized). Installation methods: exposed installation indoors, concealed installation indoors. The concealed box body adopts a unique extraction design, with the cover and the box body easily adjustable by 40mm. The product complies with the GB7251.3 standard.
The box is equipped with neutral busbar end, grounding busbar end and DIN rail. The box has 6 standard specifications, namely 8-bit, 10-bit, 13-bit, 16-bit, 20-bit and 23-bit, with each single-pole switch occupying one position.
The series single-phase distribution box has two installation methods: wall-mounted installation (exposed box) and embedded wall installation (concealed box). The full-metal shell, with the surface electrostatically sprayed with RAL 7035 off-white epoxy resin, the flat cover design and the screws for the concealed door cover, can appear elegant and decent in different installation environments.

Three-phase distribution box
The design feature of this series of three-phase distribution boxes lies in having ample wiring space and easily identifiable line markings. The box can be extended in multiple directions from the side, top, or bottom of the box. The design concept is to provide feasible and effective solutions for customers and designers.
The design of this series of products can accommodate different incoming line switches, such as load switches, molded-case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, residual current operated circuit breakers, and components for direct connection, etc.
This series of products can be installed in two types: wall-mounted (open box) and recessed (closed box). They can be combined in horizontal row structure (with large 100A, using cables to connect to the power supply) and vertical row structure (with large 160A, using the main busbar to directly connect to the power supply). The horizontal row structure box can be used as a side extension for the vertical row structure box.

This series of horizontal row structure distribution boxes has 2 rows, 3 rows, and 4 rows for selection, and each row can accommodate 13 components.
Vertical row structure (up and down extension) - wall-mounted installation (open box) and recessed (closed box) installation
This series of vertical row structure distribution boxes can use single-pole and multi-pole miniature circuit breakers. All outgoing circuits can be directly connected to the main busbar, making the installation faster and the line arrangement more orderly.
The sealing plate can be removed for cutting or drilling. (Expansion boxes and accessories can be provided according to different needs.)
