1. Purpose
The RMCS series of low-voltage drawer-type switch cabinets (referred to as switch cabinets) consist of two parts: the power center cabinet (PC) and the motor control center cabinet (MCC). They are suitable for AC 50Hz - 60Hz, rated working voltage 660V and below control power distribution systems. They are widely used in power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, serving as power distribution, motor control, and lighting distribution equipment for energy conversion, distribution, and control.
This switch cabinet, in addition to being suitable for land use, can also be used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants after special treatment.
This switch cabinet complies with IEC 439, VCE 06600 Part 500 and GB 7251-97 "Low-voltage Switchgear Enclosures", as well as ZBK 36001-89 "Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Enclosures" professional standards.
2. Product Features

② The cabinet can be arranged back-to-back, and the same cabinet can be freely combined into two forms: fixed type and drawer type.
③ Strong structural versatility and flexible assembly, capable of designing corresponding protection levels according to different working environment requirements.
④ All use standard modules, with series standardization, facilitating engineering designers to select and design.
⑤ Unique mechanical locking mechanism, operation is flexible and convenient, no need for special complex tools.
⑥ A large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are adopted, ensuring the safety of operators.
⑦ According to different cable outlet methods, two schemes can be selected: side outlet for cables or rear outlet.
⑧ High technical performance, main parameters reach contemporary international technical levels.
3. Operating Conditions
① The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, nor be lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.
② Atmospheric conditions: Clean air, with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃, and allowing for higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, for example 90% at +20%. However, it should be noted that due to temperature changes, there may be occasional condensation of moisture.
③ Altitude: Not exceeding 2000M.
④ This device is applicable for transportation and storage processes at the following temperature ranges: -25℃ to +55℃. Within a short period (not exceeding 24 hours), it can reach +70℃. At these extreme temperatures, the device shall not suffer any irreparable damage, and it should be able to operate normally under normal conditions.
⑤ If the above operating conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate and resolve the issue.
⑥ When this device is used on offshore oil drilling and extraction platforms or nuclear power plants, a technical agreement shall be signed separately.

5. Structural Characteristics
The basic framework of the device is a C-shaped profile assembly structure. The C-shaped profiles are formed by bending steel plates with installation holes of E=25MM. All the structural components of the frame have undergone galvanization treatment. According to the requirements of the one-time circuit scheme changes, necessary doors, sealing plates, partition plates, installation brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added to assemble a complete switch cabinet.
