4. Busbar Structure
4.1 Circuit Breaker Type Busbar Structure:
4.1.1 The main busbar must meet the requirement that the current carrying capacity is not less than 630A under the average temperature of the hottest month. The purity of the copper busbar is 99.90%; the rated short-time withstand current of the busbar is 15kA.
4.1.2 Busbar Current Carrying Capacity:
Horizontal busbar: Rated current 630A
Feed circuit: As per customer requirements
4.1.3 Special Requirements:
Use cable entry and exit from below. The entry and exit holes should be equipped with cable protection cones, and cable fixing brackets should be provided to facilitate the installation and sealing of the cables;
The number of knock-down holes is greater than the total number of entry and exit lines and grounding;
The box should have a good ventilation and heat dissipation structure design (such as ventilation louvers, ventilation slots, etc.);
The top cover and bottom plate of the box can be adjusted as needed to facilitate the entry and exit of cables;
The product is designed for maintenance-free.
