Product structure
The product is of a frame structure, either welded with steel sections or assembled from steel plates. The frame is coated with a special paint layer, which possesses strong mechanical properties, weather resistance, and anti-corrosion capabilities. When the pre-assembled (cabinet-style) substation is an integral structure, it is divided into three relatively independent compartments inside the box: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer compartment, and the low-temperature compartment. The lighting in each compartment automatically turns on and off as the doors open and close. The top of the pre-assembled (cabinet-style) substation has a heat insulation layer to prevent condensation in high-temperature and cold regions due to sudden temperature changes inside the box. Additional insulation layers can be installed around the box. To maintain stable box temperature, temperature automatic control devices are installed in the transformer compartment and the low-voltage compartment.
Box structure
High-voltage room
Inside the high-voltage room, there is a high-voltage ring main unit, which has a complete "five-prevention" function. The high-voltage switch can be selected as sulfur hexafluoride load switch or vacuum circuit breaker. The high-voltage cabinet has various protection functions for transformer short circuit, overload, etc.
Transformer Room
The transformer room is equipped with dry-type or oil-immersed transformers. The box body is equipped with a complete ventilation system, and the temperature control values can be set as needed. The transformer is equipped with an intrusion into live compartments device to prevent accidental entry during observation.
Low-voltage Room
The low-voltage room is divided into two assembly forms: with corridor and without corridor. Inside, it can accommodate metering cabinets, main incoming line cabinets, outgoing line cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and tie-up cabinets (for two transformers). It has the overall functions of low-voltage integrated switchgear. Generally, the metering cabinet and the main switch are integrated into one unit. That is, the upper part of the cabinet is for instruments, metering boxes, and the lower middle part is for automatic air switches, lightning arresters, and transformers. The capacitor cabinet can be controlled manually or automatically for automatic compensation. The reactive power compensation capacity of the capacitor is generally 15-30% of the transformer capacity.
